Different numerology tools may use different conventions. This example shows the rules used in this calculator, so you can follow the arithmetic yourself.
Why another calculator may show a different number
Here, 23 becomes 2 + 3 = 5. A tool that subtracts 22 would give 1 instead. We keep values from 1 to 22 as they are, and reduce a sum only when it exceeds 22. Check both the reduction rule and the position being compared before comparing results.

What is a Matrix of Destiny chart?
A Matrix of Destiny chart is a numerology chart calculated from a birth date. It assigns numbers from 1 to 22 to positions that are interpreted symbolically. Use it to explore themes and ask questions about your experiences, rather than to predict what must happen.
What do I get for free?
You can calculate your personal matrix and read an AI-generated preview without signing up. The full personal reading and full reading features are paid options, separate from the free preview.
How is my reading created?
The chart numbers are calculated using fixed arithmetic rules. AI then generates written interpretations of the chart. The arithmetic and interpretation are separate: the same birth date produces the same chart numbers, while the written reading is interpretive and may contain mistakes.
Why does the form ask for gender?
Gender provides context for the written reading. The core matrix numbers are calculated from your birth date. You can choose Female, Male, or Other.
Does a paid personal reading renew automatically?
